Check out an exclusive first look at "Hanna Montana: The Movie" called "New Movie, New Sound" directed by Peter Chelsom. Now Chelsom has been impressive in three of his last efforts at the helm. I "The Mighty" starring Sharon Stone was nominated for two Golden Globe awards back in 1999, I thought "Serendipity" with John Cusack and Kate Beckinsale was a romantic treat and finally "Shall We Dance" offered a lovely combination of comedy, dance and romance.
Sure, "Hannah Montana" will certainly bring in a big wad for distributor Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, but it is a step down dramatically for Chelsom. It will be interesting to see how this one turns out in terms of critics' ratings.
