Enjoying the beautiful SoCal weather, Zac Efron was spotted on a stroll outside his house in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon (March 5).
The “High School Musical 3: Senior Year” heartthrob looked hunky in a fitted grey t-shirt, black jeans, and white sneakers as the wind got the best of his shaggy brown hair.

Zac Efron on his Brotherly Bond with Leonardo DiCaprio
Zac Efron is one of Hollywood's brightest rising stars, and now the 'High School Musical' actor opens up about his night on the court with one of his idols, Leonardo DiCaprio.
In a new interview with Elle magazine, Zac recounts the memorable meeting last November when the two sports enthusiasts sat court side and cheered on the Los Angeles Lakers.
"We talked the whole game, and he was just everything I thought he would be: smart, levelheaded, charming, hilarious," Zac says in the article. "You know, the older-brother vibe. That sounds so cheesy."

Does Miley Cyrus’ heart belong to daddy?
NEW YORK - Miley Cyrus doesn’t like to admit it, but she’s bothered by people who think there’s something wrong with the bond between her and her dad, singer Billy Ray Cyrus.
“The media has said some stuff about my dad and me being too close and too cuddly for a father and a daughter,” the 16-year-old actress-singer writes in “Miles to Go,” a new memoir. “For me and my dad it’s not weird at all.”
Cyrus’ memoir, written with Hilary Liftin, will be published next month by Disney-Hyperion Books. The Associated Press purchased a copy put on sale early.
She doesn’t directly mention last year’s photo shoot for Vanity Fair, when she is shown reclining against her father, his arm around her shoulder, both of them somber and bare-armed - an image many found suggestive. But she does write that she loves her father (who co-stars on her “Hannah Montana” show), isn’t afraid to show it, and “we don’t let other people tell us what expressions we’re supposed to have on our faces when we take a picture together!”
Referring to the media, she regrets that people make profits off her troubles and wishes they instead would profit from her “achievements.”
Cyrus’ records have sold millions of copies and her tune “I Thought I Lost You,” featured in the movie “Bolt,” was a Golden Globe nominee for Best Song. A film version of “Hannah Montana” comes out in April.
“In Miles to Go,” Cyrus reflects on a certain ex-boyfriend, apparently fellow teen idol Nick Jonas of the Jonas Brothers, mentioned not by name, but as “Prince Charming.”
She tells of falling for him immediately at an AIDS benefit in 2006, of reuniting with him at a White House Easter Egg Roll during a time they had split up and of the final parting in December 2007.
Cyrus asys it was the worst day of her life, and inspiration for her hit song “7 Things I Hate About You.”
“It’s hard to imagine that our love is a story with an end,” she writes. “But you know, at least I’m getting some really good songs out of it.”

Jonas Brothers surprise fans at NY movie theater
WEST NYACK, N.Y. — The Jonas Brothers have visited fans on familiar turf, making a surprise appearance at a suburban New York movie theater they frequented while growing up.The pop stars’ stop at the Palisades Center on Saturday was one of several around the country to promote their new film, "Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience."
The West Nyack appearance was something of a homecoming for Joe, Kevin and Nick Jonas, raised in nearby Wyckoff, N.J. Nick Jonas said at a news conference that they often saw movies at the mall, "so the fact that we’re coming back here is really, really, really cool."
Red-hot Jonas Brothers move from stage to movie and TV screens
LOS ANGELES - The Jonas Brothers can’t make a move without adoring fans showering them with admiration. The three singing siblings adore each and every squealing supporter. But they really only care about making one person truly happy: their mother.
They want to make her proud of them.
"That’s what we’ve been saying from the beginning. Live like you’re at the bottom even if you’re at the top. For us that just means stay humble and do your best every day. We’re not saying we’re perfect. Nobody’s perfect. But we’re doing our best," Nick Jonas says during an interview in late January at the Universal Hilton.
Nick and his brothers have shown up to talk about their new television series, "Jonas," scheduled to debut on the Disney Channel in May. The cable series is sort of like "The Monkees" meets "Saved By the Bell." Along with the new TV show, the trio chat about their new concert movie, their move into acting and the price of fame.
Their mother must be very proud. It has been hard to turn on the television lately without seeing the Jonas Brothers. They performed at the Children’s Inauguration Concert in January. Then it was a quick trip to the Grammys in early February to croon with Stevie Wonder. Also in early February, the brothers hosted a night on The CW Network.
Even Barbara Walters tapped the brothers to be a guest on her Oscars interview show Feb. 22.
Now, they are headed to the big screen. "Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience" hits theaters Feb. 27. Special guests include Disney favorite Demi Lovato and Taylor Swift.
The Jonas Brothers appeared last year in the Miley Cyrus 3-D movie "Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert Tour." The offer to star in their own concert film influenced their last tour.
"I think we had some real ideas while we were creating our stage and our tour of what we wanted to see. We were able to see the first one in 3-D and saw what certain things looked like," Nick says. "The cool part about it is it’s better than front-row seats because you feel like you’re on the stage.
"You feel like you’re behind the scenes with us. It gets some really personal things in there, too. There’s this one scene in particular where it captures all the things that we went through in Times Square in New York City on our album release night, which was one of the craziest scenes."
The feature film is just the latest step for the Joe, Nick and Kevin, who are the hottest musical brothers since the heyday of Hanson in the 1990s. As far as Joe is concerned, the attention they are getting starts with the music.
"I think, for us, we write about things that are real to us and the things we go through every day. We’re the same age as a lot of the people that listen to our music. They’re going through the same things," Joe says. "We get a lot of feedback from fans saying just thank you for encouragement. Or they understand what we’re going through. They’re going through the same kind of things."
It is a little bit of a stretch to think that their fans are going through such things as not being able to show up at a hotel for an interview without getting mobbed. Nor are any of their followers the favorite performing artists of "first children" Sasha and Malia Obama. Not to mention their cross-country tour and appearances on more magazine covers than Paris Hilton.
What they’re referring to are the emotional highs and lows those fans in their teens and early 20s experience. That’s the source of most of their music.
The brothers are most comfortable when performing on a concert stage. Acting is another thing completely. The Jonas Brothers have appeared on television shows from "Saturday Night Live" to "Christmas at Rockefeller Center." None of those shows required them to be anything but themselves.
Nick is just happy he and his brothers are getting the opportunity to act. It is something they have wanted to do all along.

The movie and the new television series add more layers to the brothers’ fame. And fame is often a topic between the Jonas Brothers and their fans.
"I love to hear when somebody says, ’I want to be a musician,’ ’I want to be an artist,’ ’I want to be an actor,’ as opposed to ’I want to be a famous person,’" says Nick. "As a musician, I’m very whole-hearted about it. I’ve always strived to be the best I can be. That’s the attitude you should have."
Joe jumps in to add, "We always tell them, ’Live to your dreams, because it may not work out right away like you hope.’"

Zac Proposed To Vanessa?
Zac Efron, 21, has proposed to his “High School Musical 3” co-star Vanessa Hudgens, 20, the National Enquirer reports. Efron popped the question last month while the pair was on a trip. “Zac is relieved to be out of the pressure cooker because Vanessa’s mother has been putting serious heat on him to make an honest woman out of her daughter,” a source told the celebrity weekly. “She is old-school and doesn’t approve of Vanessa living with Zac without some type of wedding promise,” the source said. “ Gina already considers Zac a part of the family. So she’s happy that he proposed.” What’s the over and under on this one???
Zac's Xmas present!

how awakrd is this. Zac's mom put in his stocking for christmas was condomsApparently, after seeing the pictures of Zac and girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens inside an adult store in December, Mom bought him a box of prophylactics.
In an interview in the April edition of Elle magazine, Zac said they were in the store to find costumes (and that the pictures were from Halloween two years earlier), but his mom wasn’t buying it: “My stocking was full of condoms this Christmas. She buys me the economy box.” Okay, then!
Odd gifts or not, Zac said he’s happy she’s in his life: “I’ve always appreciated my mom’s ability to listen to me. Even today I can vent my frustration or share my happiness because she made it clear long ago that she wanted to hear what I had to say. I’m thankful to have had that.”

HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL 4!!!
That’s right! You heard me…Disney announced today that “High School Musical 4” is indeed happening. Troy, Gabriella, Sharpay, Ryan, Chad and Taylor have all graduated and that has paved the way for a new cast. We were introduced to them in “High School Musical 3” and now they will carry on the franchise.
Jemma McKenzie Brown, Justin Martin and Matt Prokop will star in the movie, which will be a Disney Channel Original Movie.
So, what will HSM4 be about? Disney says it’s “East meets West in a classic love triangle set against the cross-town school rivalry between the East High Wildcats and West High Knights.”
Update: Production on “HSM4″ will begin later this year with a premiere on the Disney Channel in 2010. Peter Barsocchini will return to write the script; he previously wrote all three movies in the franchise. Bill Borden and Barry Rosenbush will executive produce.
“In crafting this next iteration, we’ve challenged the entire creative team to raise the bar again and create something truly worthy of this extraordinary global phenomenon,” said Gary Marsh, entertainment president of Disney Channels Worldwide.

Jemma McKenzie-Brown (tiaria gold in hsm3 )was spotted on the red carpet at the UK premiere of Marley and Me last night. Jemma wore a cute black and white lace dress with her hair in a braided updo.
The High School Musical 3 starlet will be traveling to Italy soon to promote the release of the film’s DVD there.
High School Musical 4 is apparently in the works, and hopefully Jemma will reprise her role as Tiara Gold! “We are writing High School Musical 4,” Disney Channel Worldwide President Rich Ross told the Hollywood Reporter.
Miley Cyrus Pregnant??
Is Miley Cyrus Pregnant? With each passing day more reports claim that the Hannah Montana star is pregnant complete with quotes. Before the wild photos scandal hit Disney’s High School Musical’s little brunette sweetie Vanessa Hudgens that story appeared in the National Enquirer. Now it appears that people are willing to believe this quote as well.
But the Miley Cyrus report is quite a bit different. Reports claim that some teen magazine called J-14 has the report and Michael K even has a scan of the quote that basically says she is preggers and has gained seven pounds.

Ashley new song

Ashley Tisdale has revealed the name of her new single off her sophomore album, Guilty Pleasure. The title is It’s Alright, It’s Ok!
In related news, Ashley graces the cover of the April 2009 issue of Cosmopolitan and talks about the album, saying that “It’s edgy. It’s an album to rock out to. It’s definitely sexier. I have a sexy side to me, but it’s more of a fun sexy. Sure, I’m a nice girl, but there’s also a part of me that wants to be rebellious.”
The High School Musical starlet also spills on her relationship with Jared Murillo. “It’s a normal relationship. He’s a good person, but it took a while. I’m angsty because I’ve been screwed over a lot. But after a while, you realize you can’t carry the baggage. I would hope the ring would be bigger if I were engaged.”

Okay read carefully, folks. Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus has changed her name to… Miley Cyrus. Okay here is the deal behind it.

Vanessa 'Outshines' every other girl!

Zac Efron has admitted that girlfriend and High School Musical co-star Vanessa Hudgens is “the one for him.” In a candid interview recently he had only the highest praise for his girl, saying she “outshines other women:”
“Vanessa caught my eye straight away. She simply outshines all other girls because of her strong personality. I don’t know if I believe in love at first sight, but I do believe in two people having chemistry straight away.
“I don’t know what it was with Vanessa but we kind of clicked from the very beginning. She is not just a lovely girl, she is also a sexy and desirable woman!”
